Atma Prema translates to “Self-Love” in Sanskrit, and we specialize in self-love as the foundation of wellbeing in body, mind, and spirit.
Our talks, workshops, retreats, and programs are centered on personal growth and development, both for corporate and individual clients. All of our materials are educational where we teach life skills, and provide tools and resources towards thriving and overall wellbeing.
The work we do consist of educational components based on teaching individuals how to self-direct themselves and take charge of their own wellbeing through self-love.
At Atma Prema, we focus on the entirety of a person’s wellbeing— body, mind, and spirit. We refrain from using the term “mental health” because our advocacy is holistically focused on inner work and personal development through self-nurturing, self-acceptance, and self-sovereignty.
